The Play Online website (PAiLottery.com) and the PA Lottery Official App, including Ticket Checker, will be temporarily offline beginning September 16, 2026, at 9:55 p.m. and will be back online on the evening of September 17, 2026. 

During this time, you can still visit palottery.com to check your winning numbers.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonus Money

Can I still make a deposit or withdraw my winnings during this time?

Deposits and Withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. and will be available again once the upgrade is complete.

Can I still buy and deposit using WebCash during this time?

WebCash sales will end based on the schedule below:

• WebCash sales will end on September 9, 2026, at 1:45 a.m.
• WebCash sales will resume on September 18, 2026, at 5:15 a.m.
• All deposits, including WebCash, will end on September 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. and will be available again once the upgrade is complete.

What happens to my Bonus Money balance?

Your Bonus Money balance will not carry over to the new system. Your Bonus Money must be used by September 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

eInstant And Online Draw Games

Can I still play eInstant games during this time?

eInstant games will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 15, 2026, at 9:55 p.m.  They will be available to play again once the upgrade is complete.

Can I still play Online Draw Games during this time?

Online Draw Games will end sales based on the schedule below. You can still purchase Draw Games at your favorite retailer during this time.

• Mega Millions online sales will end on September 15, 2026, at 9:55 p.m.
• Treasure Hunt, PICK Day, and PICK Evening online sales will end on September 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
• Match 6 online sales will end on September 16, 2026, at 6:55 p.m.
• Powerball online sales will end on September 16, 2026, at 9:55 p.m.

Will I be able to purchase advance draws on Online Draw Games after the system upgrade?

Yes. You will once again be able to purchase advance draws on Online Draw Games.

Account Management

Will my payment methods carry over to the new system?

No. You will need to add your payment methods on the new system.

Will my password stay the same on the system?

No. You will need to set up a new password the first time you log in, along with two-factor authentication.

Why do I need to make a deposit before my first withdrawal on the new system?

To help keep your account secure on the new system, we ask that you complete one successful deposit using ACH before your first withdrawal. After that, withdrawals work just like they always have.

New Accounts

Can I create a VIP Players Club account during this time?

No. You will not be able to join the VIP Players Club beginning September 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Once our system upgrade is complete on September 17, 2026, you will be able to create a new account. If you already have an account, this won't affect you.

I recently created a new account. Can I still upload documents during this time?

No. Document uploads will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. and will be available again once the upgrade is complete.

Play Online daily promotions will pause beginning September 9, 2026, and will resume in late September.

Will I continue to receive Play Online promotional emails?

Can I continue to enter Second-Chance Drawings during this time?

No. Second-Chance Drawings will be unavailable during the system upgrade. You can enter again once the upgrade is complete.

Can I continue to enter Online Prize Draws during this time?

No. Online Prize Draws will be unavailable during the system upgrade. You can enter again once the upgrade is complete.

Will my On-Ticket bonus code work during this time?

No. You will be able to redeem your On-Ticket bonus code once the upgrade is complete.
